turbo/sc

Question:

hi.. i’ve got a ‘98 chevrolet S-10 2.2.  I’m thinking of buying a sc or a turbo for it. which is better?  which is cheaper?  what brands are there? should I buy one? thanks =X

Response:

Trade for V6 model–then drop in a 350.  It uses everything but the ECM/harness and possibly the tranny.  With the cost of the s/c or turbo plus installation, you might be better off trading it in and taking a lesser hit in the wallet.
